Event Details

The US-China Aviation Cooperation Program ("ACP"), CAAC, and the Boeing Company are holding the sixth Safety Symposium in Hainan, China, December 9-10, 2020 with the purpose of enhancing maintenance safety and addressing critical issues to support China's growing aviation industry.


The exchange will bring together senior industry experts from both countries to enable the development of an optimized safety environment in China. This year, we are focusing on Continuous Airworthiness and Maintenance Management . ACP wishes to express its thanks to Boeing for sponsoring this important Safety Symposium and helping ACP adhere to its commitments under the 2015 CAAC-ACP MOU on safety.



Objectives

  • Promote and enhance maintenance safety in China
  • Share relevant safety experience with CAAC and other aviation stakeholders
  • Build upon 2019 Airline Operations Safety Symposium content and update on the latest safety practices
  • Contribute to China's aviation development


Audience

CAAC will invite approximately 80 representatives from Chinese airlines, inspectors, OEMs, MROs, aviation universities, research institutes, and others important to aviation safety.
