Sam AFLAKI

Sam Aflaki holds a Ph.D. in management from INSEAD. His current research focuses on sustainable decision making, operations management, and (energy) policies. His research has been published in leading management and economics journals as well as being recognized in a number of INFORMS' prestigious competitions. Sam teaches the operations management course in various programs including the MSc and EMBA.

Andrea MASINI

Andrea MASINI

Associate Professor in HEC Paris, Andrea Masini has been serving as Associate Dean, in charge of the MBA program, since January 2016.
He holds a Ph.D. in Management from INSEAD (France). Prior to joining HEC Paris in 2010, Andrea was Assistant Professor of Operations and Technology Management at the London Business School. He has a background in mechanical engineering and environmental management.
Andrea conducts interdisciplinary research to study the operational and organizational impact of technological innovations, with a particular emphasis on ICT, renewable energy technologies and sustainability issues. His recent work has been published on M&SOM, the Journal of Operations Management and Energy Policy. He has taught courses on Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Technology Strategy at the MBA, executive as well as at the Ph.D. level. He also consults for private and public organizations on themes related to process optimization, ICT and technological innovation.

ShirishC. SRIVASTAVA

Dr. Shirish C. SRIVASTAVA is Associate Professor from HEC Paris, he has lectured at the National University of Singapore and also holds a Ph.D. degree. At HEC Paris, he is responsible for undergraduate, master, MBA and advanced manager training programs, with a wealth of information management system, senior manager training experience.
He has been thrice nominated for the prestigious Carolyn Dexter Award at the Academy of Management (AOM) Meetings 2005, 2007 and 2008 and was a finalist for the award at AOM 2007. He was nominated for the academy wide William H. Newman award at the AOM 2009, Chicago and is the winner of the Gerardine DeSanctis Dissertation Award for the best doctoral dissertation paper in organizational communication and information systems. He was again nominated for the William H. Newman award at AOM 2012, Boston by the international management division. He has also been a winner at the Society for Information Management (SIM) Paper Awards Competition, 2007. He has twice been awarded Prix Académique de la Recherche en Management in 2013 and 2015 at Paris, France.
