Learning Outcomes There are three main learning objectives:
To acquire a body of knowledge, frameworks and techniques specific to operations management, and to raise the awareness of the interdependencies between operations and other business functions such as marketing, finance and strategy
To enhance critical thinking, analysis and creativity skills, with particular focus on the application of operations frameworks to specific business settings and identifying key levers to generate the expected level of performance
To develop an understanding of the potential of technology in delivering a more sustainable future for businesses
