Alain Crozier is Corporate Vice President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft Greater China Region (GCR).
In his current capacity, he is responsible for strategic and operational leadership covering all of Microsoft’s product, service and support offerings across Greater China, and advancing Microsoft’s position as an innovative industry leader, and a socially responsible enterprise that embraces diversity and inclusion. His leadership is in support of the company’s vision of enabling digital transformation for the era of an intelligent cloud and an intelligent edge.
Since joining Microsoft in 1994, Crozier has held a variety of business leadership roles in the Sales, Marketing and Services Group (SMSG) organization including President of Microsoft France, CFO of the France subsidiary, Controller for the South Pacific and Americas region, and Worldwide SMSG Controller before being promoted to Corporate Vice President and CFO SMSG.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Alain held different Finance positions at Lesieur Alimentaire (Gruppo Ferruzzi Group) and consultant at Peat Marwick (KPMG)

Alan Beebe is President of the American Chamber of Commerce in China based in Beijing. He has over twenty-five years of business experience in Asia, including seventeen years in mainland China.
As President, Alan oversees all advocacy, programs, partnerships and insights provided by the Chamber to support the business growth of nearly 900 foreign corporations operating in China, including most of the U.S. Fortune 500. He leads major advocacy initiatives related to trade tariffs, market access, cybersecurity, Made in China 2025, China’s NGO law and structural imbalances in U.S. – China trade and investment.
In 2018, he launched AmCham China’s Technology & Innovation Initiative, focused on the business and policy implications of disruptive digital technologies - such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain and cloud computing – for U.S. companies in China.
Prior to joining AmCham China, Alan held various senior executive positions in China with EY, IBM, and management consulting firms AT Kearney and PRTM. He also led a Beijing based start-up for five years, the China Greentech Initiative, which merged in 2014 with the Paulson Institute, founded by Hank Paulson.
Alan has advised a wide range of corporations and global investors on investing and operating in China. His clients have included global private equity firms, high technology companies, energy related companies, and major state-owned and private Chinese enterprises.
He holds a Master’s degree from Yale University in International Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the U.S. He is a Board of Advisor of the Yale Club of Beijing and in that capacity promotes academic and cultural exchanges between the U.S. and China. He is a fluent speaker of mandarin Chinese, and reads and writes Chinese. Alan was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska.

Before his current role, Scott served as Vice President and General Manager of Asia for Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) group, where he drove significant business growth along with expansion of PMT’s manufacturing footprint in China. Prior to that, Scott worked for Honeywell UOP for 18 years, where he gained extensive experience in research, technology, commercial and new business development.
Scott graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He earned a master’s degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She was a member of the China Senior Leadership Team of Merck Biopharma China before moving to the US in 2013, where she worked on the global launch of Merck’s first immuno-oncology drug, as Director Global Commercial Oncology among other roles.

Before joining Merck, Sophie worked as a consultant for over eight years in China and France, and served a broad portfolio of clients from different industries, including healthcare, technology, chemicals and finance with international marketing and communications groups, including IPG and WPP.
Sophie holds a MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management and a MA degree from Renmin University of China. Sophie translated and published two books in the psychology management area. She is a board member for MIT Alumni Club of Shanghai, and a member of Bayhelix Group. She took a faculty position in Chongqing University after she received her BSc and MSc from Chongqing University. She was awarded the Sino-British Friendship Scholarship Scheme (SBFSS) to pursue her PhD in Imperial College, the UK in 1994. Her research interests were on Electronic, imaging and signal processing. She worked in a start-up company for two years prior to joining Philips.

Rich teaches at the top two universities in China as an Adjunct Professor at Peking University's Guanghua MBA program teaching Entrepreneurship in China and a guest lecturer at BI-Tsinghua teaching execs from leading tech companies including established industrial players and unicorns. Active in the geek-o-system across Asia as startup advisor, mentor and angel, Rich speaks frequently at tech conferences globally as a keynote presenter, panelist and event MC.

Rich was most recently Co-founder and President of venture backed Yolu which he co-founded with the co-founder of NY SE-listed renren. He was also Co-founder and Chairman of venture-backed Kooky Panda; co-founder of Shouji Mobile acquired by Tencent; co-founder and CEO of Dada Asia which was acquired by Milan-listed Dada; VP of Int'l for Linktone; founder and CEO of MIG which was acquired by Glu Mobile; and a founding executive as VP of Marketing and Sales for renren.com (1.0) which raised $37 mln, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2000 and was then acquired in 2001.

Rich received an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University in The Netherlands in 1996, studied at Cambridge University in the UK in 1988 and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles in 1989.

A perpetual student of Mandarin Chinese, Rich also has an amazing entrepreneur wife and three little guys Made in China.

Dr. Xuesong Shi is a senior research scientist with Intel Labs China. He received the B.Sc. and Ph.D. degree from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2009 and 2015, respectively. His research interests include robotic vision, machine learning and heterogeneous computing. Xuesong participated in the design and optimization of HERO, a heterogeneous computing platform for intelligent robots. He also developed FAST Mapping for real-time scene reconstruction and understanding. Xuesong has publications on top-tier academic conferences and journals on robotics and signal processing, and holds 6 patent applications in robotics and artificial intelligence.
