Dr. Hsiao-Wuen Hon is corporate vice president of Microsoft, and chairman of Microsoft Asia-Pacific R&D Group. He drives Microsoft’s strategy for research and development activities in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as collaborations with academia.
Dr. Hon has been with Microsoft since 1995. He joined Microsoft Research Asia in 2004 as deputy managing director, stepping into the role of managing director in 2007. He founded and managed Microsoft Search Technology Center from 2005 to 2007 and led development of Microsoft’s search products (Bing) in Asia-Pacific. In 2014, Dr. Hon was appointed as chairman of Microsoft Asia-Pacific R&D Group.
An IEEE Fellow and a distinguished scientist of Microsoft, Dr. Hon is an internationally recognized expert in speech technology. Dr. Hon has published more than 100 technical papers in international journals and at conferences. He co-authored a book, Spoken Language Processing, which is a graduate-level textbook and reference book in the area of speech technology used in universities around the world. Dr. Hon holds three dozen patents in several technical areas.
Jane Sun is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Trip.com
Group Limited, a leading global travel services company that operates the sub-brands Trip.com,
Ctrip, Skyscanner and Qunar. She first joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in 2005,
later serving as Chief Operating Officer and Co-President, before becoming CEO in 2016.
In the years since Ms. Sun joined, Trip.com Group has experienced a significant increase in its
market capitalization, growing from about $1 billion to $20 billion, and has continued to rapidly
expand its global footprint. Founded in 1999, with the mission to “pursue the perfect trip for a
better world”, the company effectively adapted to the rise of mobile Internet, growing from a
small tech company into a one-stop shop for travel services for 400 million users worldwide.

initiatives. Ms. Sun cares deeply for education, and its crucial function in providing greater
opportunities for all. Ms. Sun and her husband donated US$10 million to the University of
Michigan - Shanghai Jiaotong University Joint Institute in 2015 to build the Long Bin building.
She also set up a scholarship at the University of Florida for international students in 2017. In
2019, she founded the Women in Global Health LEAD Fellowship run by the Harvard Chan
School of Public Health. Ms. Sun has led company-wide humanitarian programs throughout
her career at Trip.com Group. In 2019, Trip.com Group supported the Hope Children’s Hospital
in the Middle East. Also in 2019, Trip.com Group donated artificial limbs to disabled children
in need in countries around the world, and made donations to support children suffering from
malnutrition in Sierra Leone. For environmental protection, since 2008 Trip.com Group has
supported a reforesting campaign planting trees in Inner Mongolia to bolster its carbon

As President of Xian Janssen, Jenny Zheng oversees operations in the People’s Republic of China. She is also a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team.
Since joining Xian Janssen as a marketing manager in 2002, Jenny has served in numerous leadership roles at regional and country levels, including Managing Director of Janssen Taiwan and, most recently, Area Managing Director of Janssen Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Under her leadership, Janssen Korea was one of the fastest growing multinational companies in 2019 and 2020. In Taiwan, Janssen improved its market ranking by two positions to become the sixth largest pharmaceutical company, and in Hong Kong, Janssen ranked as the fastest growing among the top 10 companies.

Alain Bénichou was appointed as CEO, Greater China Group (GCG) in April 2019. The GCG region includes Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. Prior to this position, Alain was General Manager Global Enterprise & Commercial, responsible for total IBM revenue for Enterprise and Commercial accounts in the 175 countries where IBM operates.
In 2016 he was Global Vice President, Strategy & Solutions in charge of strategic transformation projects and led the global Industry Solutions Sales teams, Technical Sales and Industry Solution Centers. Between 2010 and 2015 Alain was President of IBM France, leading all IBM operations in France. Prior to that Alain held managerial positions with IBM business units based in New York USA, and Zurich Switzerland.

Prior to joining LinkedIn, Jian was a Partner at Hujiang EdTech and the CEO of CCtalk platform business. Previously, he was CTO of 360 Video and General Manager of 360 Live Video Cloud at Qihoo 360. He also served as VP of Multimedia Technologies and Managing Director at Shanda Innovations, Beijing, and CTO at Ku6 Media, an independent Shanda subsidiary. Alan Beebe is President of the American Chamber of Commerce in China based in Beijing. He has over twenty-five years of business experience in Asia, including seventeen years in mainland China.

Andrea Borsic is the founder and CEO of NE Scientific, an early-stage startup company based in Boston. NE Scientific focuses on the development of novel surgical guidance and simulation software to improve the outcomes of the ablation of liver and lung cancer. Andrea holds a BSc and MSc in electronic engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin, Italy, and a PhD from Oxford Brookes University, UK. Before starting NE Scientific, Andrea has been a research faculty at Dartmouth College in U.S., where he collaborated at the development of novel imaging modalities for the detection of breast and prostate cancer. With NE Scientific Andrea has been the recipient of grants from the U.S. National Cancer Institute worth $1.8M, and he is an awardee of the Johnson & Johnson QuickFire Lung Cancer Innovation Challenge. Sharon is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing all operational activities for JLABS @ Shanghai, the first Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS in Asia Pacific and the largest in its global network. CHEN Yubo is Senior Associate Dean, Professor, and Director of Center for Internet Development and Governance at School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. He received his Ph. D. in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Before joining Tsinghua SEM., he was a tenured professor at Eller College of Management, University of Arizona, USA. He is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a member of ChinaInfo 100 and Vice Chairman of the Expert Committee, China Committee of 100 of Digital Economy.

Alan received his B.Eng from Nanyang Technological University with specification in Mechatronic and a graduate diploma in Medtech Manufacturing. Mr. Wenjie Gu is the Co-Chair of AmCham China ICT Forum and China Chief Representative of Zoom Video Communications, Inc., heading government affairs, public relations, external partners and business related matters, with his team spreading across several important Chinese cities.

Jonathan Liao is the Chief Information/Technology Officer China for S&P Global. In this role he is responsible for setting up the information systems, technology operations and product development that support the expansion of S&P Global’s divisions into the domestic markets in China.
Before that he was the Head of Technology Asia Pacific, provided leadership with full accountability for all technology initiatives within the Asia Pacific region focusing on China, Japan and South-East Asia through Singapore. Lynn Lin is based in Beijing, joined Warburg Pincus in 2012 and is a senior vice president of digital transformation strategy for North Asia. Ms. Lin is responsible for technology due diligence and post investment growth enablement. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Ms. Lin was the Executive Director of Global Infrastructure Services for Lenovo, and was the North Asia IT Director for Motorola. She received a B.S. degree in Physics from Tsinghua University, and a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Notre Dame.

Ramesh Moosa is the EY Asean and Singapore Forensic & Integrity Services Leader, based in Singapore. He has more than 25 years of experience in providing cybersecurity services, forensic investigations, eDiscovery and investigative analytics to multinationals, law firms and public sector organizations.
His international work experience spans the US, Greater China, and other Asia-Pacific countries. Ramesh has directed investigations and provided advisory services related to financial crimes in various areas. He has provided computer forensic expert testimony in the High Court of the Hong Kong SAR and prepared reports for the High Court of Singapore and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. He has also led digital forensic teams working with HK regulatory bodies in their enforcement raids to collect and analyze digital evidence and provide expert reports and/or testify in HK Courts.
Ramesh is a founding council member of the Association of Information Security Professionals (AiSP). He also oversaw the development of the Infocomm Security Professionals Roadmap (ISPR) and Body of Knowledge (BOK), which serve as the framework for certification of infocomm security professionals in Singapore. He often speaks at conferences on topics related to Cybersecurity, Cyber crime and forensic investigations.

Victor Tsao is the Vice President and General Manager for the Greater China Group (GCG) at Red Hat, the world's leading provider of enterprise open source solutions. Prior to Red Hat, Victor had served as SAP Global Vice President and General Manager for the Big Data & Platform Division of Greater China.
Victor has been at Red Hat since 2018, and has been in the IT industry for 30 years. Conrad Wang joined Merck China as Head of IT in March 2021. He is responsible for overall IT services and delivery across the three Merck business sectors: Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics.

Andrew joins Johnson & Johnson Innovation with over 25 years of life science-related business development and finance experience. In his most recent role, Andrew was Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Development at Auransa Inc., a leading venture-backed precision medicine biopharmaceutical company. Andrew holds an MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
