The CHRO Roundtable is one of AmCham China HR Committee's key strategies to provide an open peer-to-peer platform for senior HR professionals of MNCs operating in China, to exchange ideas and share best practices for benchmarking in critical HR topics. The Exclusive Round Table plans to have 15-20 CHROs in the discussion.


This time, our discussion will focus on The Balance between Law, Reason and Emotion in Strategy and Labor Relations Management (战略与劳动关系管理的法理情平衡之道).


In the context of the turbulent political situation abroad and the weakening momentum of domestic economic development, we see many enterprises have experienced many large-scale personnel optimization and difficult case of employee communication carried out in the name of "replacement".
