Selina joined Ogilvy Public Relations Beijing as an Associate in 1999. In every position during her 18-year Ogilvy career, Selina has maintained close relationships with clients by providing direct strategic counsel to solve complex communications challenges. Her commitment to hands-on client service continues to this day.

Selina assumed her first leadership position in 2003. Under her stewardship the team grew every year for more than a decade, even achieving its targets in 2009 - 2010 when the global financial crisis affected the industry. She expanded the team's skillset - adding brand consultancy, social marketing and creative services to traditional PR - to offer clients a wider service scope. Her team's excellent reputation among B2B, technology and automotive clients has generated numerous long-term Ogilvy PR clients.

In 2013 Selina was appointed the Co-Managing Director of Ogilvy Public Relations Beijing with responsibilities for business growth, enriching company culture and developing staff. Beijing is now the biggest office in Ogilvy PR's global network.

Six employees working under her rose to the position of Vice President or higher after serving the company for more than ten years and developing specific areas of expertise. Her exceptional ability to retain talent in a high-turnover industry saw her named one of the Top 10 Women to Watch in 2014 by Advertising Age (or Ad Age).

Selina is now leading the company’s re-founding towards the client-centric “Next Chapter” in Beijing.
