
Dr. Nguyen is an educator, executive coach, and leadership consultant with experience working in diverse cultures and settings. He is the founder of MindKind Institute, an organization that provides coaching and leadership development for high-achieving leaders who are ready to create purposeful and lasting change. Home has worked with a wide range of leaders and their teams, from CEOs of privately owned companies to managers of large corporations, such as Amazon, KPMG, Chase Bank and Fox Entertainment, etc.
As an adjunct professor, Dr. Nguyen has taught over one thousand executives and MBA students in Columbia University and Yale School of Management in the areas of Mindfulness, Self-Awareness, Personal Leadership, Career Success, Psychotherapists and Leaders and Group Dynamics, etc. Since 1997, he has been practicing and teaching mindfulness and meditation.
Dr. Nguyen was born and raised in Vietnam during the time of war. In 1981, He left Vietnam as a refugee, escaping on a small fishing boat with 90 other boat people. They were lost at sea for 19 days with little food or water. During this near death experience, he had a profound and life-changing experience, which allowed him to see the power of being fully present and fearless in his life.
Dr. Nguyen received his B.A. from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and his PhD. in adult learning and organizational leadership at Columbia University. He also received a certificate in conflict resolution through the Harvard Negotiation Insight Initiative at the Harvard Law School.

Mr. Lim has 20 years' experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and workshop facilitation. He has coached senior executives in the US, Europe, and Asia at leading companies such as Prudential Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers, CIMB, the National University of Singapore, and in INSEAD's Executive Education programs.
He received his B.A from Princeton University and his Master's in Divinity and MBA from Harvard, and has studied both in the ministry and in Eastern mindfulness meditation. Mr. Lim's unique perspectives bridge the outer world of business achievement with the inner world of mindfulness and wisdom.

Nancy is an executive coach with Leadership Coaching China, an associate coach with Ashridge Business School. She gained her leadership experiences from various roles over twenty years in sales, general management, business unit management and strategy development in a China state-owned company, Nokia and Nokia Siemens, incl. a global strategy assignment based in Finland for 3 years.
Nancy specializes in work with CEOs and their executive teams, mainly in Fortune 500 companies, successful internet companies and top business schools. Her approach is to take executives to deep dive into their lives, giving them chances to confront their mindsets in both unconscious and conscious ways, enabling them to better aware their strengths and fears, so that they can release their 'hidden assets' as potentials.
Her customer base includes Du Pont, Swarovski, W.L.Gore, Deloitte, Prudential (Singapore) and Global Top 200 Leaders' Program, Bank of China, China Mobile, TCL, New Hope Group, Lianjia.com, Tsinghua University Finance EMBA program, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) DBA program and CEO program, Hundun University (混沌大学), etc. Her practice has spanned across one-to-one coaching to group coaching. Her focus areas are leadership transformation, creative thinking and building high performance team.
Nancy holds an executive Master Degree of Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD and a Bachelor Degree of Science from Peking University of Posts and Telecommunications, International Management diploma from INSEAD. She has various coaching qualifications, such as, diploma of Professional Coach-Mentoring Practice from Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, facilitator certificate of ‘Immunity to Change’ from Harvard University.
A Chinese national, lives in Singapore and Beijing, she can work in English and Mandarin.

Donny Huang is founding partner of 4stones Cross-Cultural Consulting Group, a leading local global leadership and cross-cultural consulting firm. As an executive coach and consultant in global leadership and cross-cultural management, Donny has recently involved with the cultural integration work with Marriott hotel and Starwood hotel merger. He has served large Chinese national corporations such as Lenovo, ZTE Corporation and COFCO as well as multinationals such Singapore Airline, Nike, the World Bank, UBS, Dell, etc.
Donny started his career with Standard Chartered Bank. Following his MBA, Donny moved on to serve as International Operations Supervisor and Representative for Allied Domecq Retailing International, the parent company of Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts. He was VP at Datahouse. Prior to founding 4stones, Mr. Huang was Vice President, Sales & Marketing for a Canadian public-traded company.
Donny has taught cross-cultural management and Communications in several universities such as he taught 7 years for American students in CIEE Study Center in Peking University.
Donny Huang has published over 30 articles in the Chinese business press, as well as coauthored a book titled Global Mindset Leadership that published in USA in 2015. He holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona, USA, and did graduate work on Cultures and Leadership at the East-West Center in Hawaii.
Donny is committee member of Center for China and Globalization, a leading think tank in China, also a committee member of 2005 Committee.
