For many people, 21st century living can become synonymous with feeling distracted and anxious, stressed and depressed, overwhelmed and overworked, overstimulated and unfulfilled. Some common challenges faced by global leaders include:
  • TRUST: Low-trust environments are common in workplaces, triggering feelings of vulnerability that result in people feeling the need to be “on guard.”
  • STRESS: Research shows that lack of rest and sleep, poor eating habits, toxic relationships, and work-related stress lead to burnout and emotional fragility. When a leader is overburdened by the multiple demands of life, our overall effectiveness suffers. As a result, our relationships, teams and organizations suffer.
  • BIASES: Personal and cultural beliefs stand in the way of deep and meaningful workplace interactions and relationships, resulting in lack of empathy and indifference.

Why you need this training: To flourish in a multicultural environment faced with ambiguity and differences in values, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors, executive leaders and professionals need to readily adapt to change and deal with the complexity of interpersonal relationships and cross-cultural communications. This program provides solutions.
“It reached deep and helped me think about myself as a whole person, instead of just thinking about my professional career in isolation from the kind of person I want to be and the kind of life I want to lead.” Marc K., Senior Product Manager, Amazon

If you are a leader or professional working in a multicultural environment who needs to cultivate global leadership presence and competence, or apply mindfulness for reducing stress, anxiety and fear in a global environment, this course is for you!
This course will be conducted in English.
