Mike Causey
Director of Leadership Formation at Leadership Development InternationalPrior to joining LDi, Mike was at BP for 10 years, leading a global team in risk management, ethics and code of conduct, regulatory compliance, and project management. Prior to that he was in the financial services industry for 10 years, predominantly in technology project management, in a business-to-business environment.
Mike holds a degree in Management Studies and Mathematics from Royal Holloway University of London, and has previously been an elected politician in the UK. He and his wife established and led a leadership development program for aspiring politicians, to connect their politics with their worldview, and strive for integrity in all they do. He is married with four young children, has a passion for mountain climbing, and is trying to get back to running ultra-marathons.
