Henry is a senior executive with 29 years in sales, marketing, product and brand development, including newspaper, radio and internet media experience with a proven record in developing successful teams, increasing revenue, reducing expense and improving EBITDA in corporate and start-up environments. He is an insightful and innovative leader who achieves results through strong client relations and budgetary management.
Graduating with an accounting degree, Henry has a business background as a business owner that included several companies involved assisting other businesses to be successful. He and his wife have lived in China since 2011, having lived in Beijing prior to relocating to Tianjin.
Henry has been married to Judie for 37 years and enjoys running in China, including the Beijing Half Marathon, The Great Wall Half Marathon, and The Xichang Qionghai International Wetland Half Marathon

Daniel D. Konold is from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, and first moved to China back in 2006. He then graduated from the University of Northwestern with a degree in Intercultural Studies and started his own cross-cultural orientation & tech company in 2015. Having recently gotten married, he is very interested in the bringing together of different cultures. He also loves to travel, eat delicious food, and all types of music, so pretty much everything about living in this beautifully diverse country.
