[Course Background]
Emotional Quotient (EQ), or Emotional Intelligence (EI), reflects a person's ability to understand and deal with his/her own and other people's emotions. EQ is the ability to understand, control, and self-motivate one's own emotions at work, but also focuses on understanding and grasping other people's emotions at work and how to deal with interpersonal relationships in the workplace, which is the performance of professional emotional ability.
AmCham China has arranged for a special lecture by Mr. Hei Hongjie, a renowned lecturer at Eddic China. During the lecture, Mr. Hei Hongjie will explain the topic in-depth, and we are confident that everyone attending will gain valuable insights and inspiration from it.
