Organizational Emotion Adjustment in Change Management
This course will be delivered in Chinese.
This course is aimed at helping mid-level and senior-level mangers during organizational change persuade others to adopt a positive attitude of participation, instead of passive resentment. Managers will master the laws of human emotion during change and gain command of the systematic methods in influencing people’s emotions.
