During her work period in Shanghai, Jane is specialized in providing one-stop services for individuals, which help them to manage their family wealth. In the meantime, she also provides effective solutions to global tax risk control and global tax planning for senior management personnel working at domestic and multi-national enterprises. Her professional services cover high networth population, social elites, private entrepreneurs, PE funds, VC funds as well as international commercial banks, etc.

Director Global Mobility Service of PwC 普华永道Wenny is a director of PwC’s Individual Income Tax Consulting and Global Mobility Services team in Beijing , China.
Wenny has extensive professional experience in helping the high-net-worth individuals and their families on complex cross-border tax issues, especially US and China taxes. She often lectures on the seminars held for the high-net-worth individuals by the financial institutions, wealth management companies and family offices, etc.
Wenny also provides consulting and compliance services regarding China and US taxes to many multinational and domestic companies and has been focusing on international assignment management, employee tax-effective compensation and benefits package design, localization planning and compensation structure, employee’s equity plan design and cross-border assignments program management.
Wenny holds an EMBA from University of Texas at Arlington and B.A. from University of International Relations. Wenny is a US Enrolled Agent authorized by IRS.
