Helen Liu
Executive Coach at Simitri Group InternationalHelen has over 15 years working experience in sales & marketing, financing, business development in international and Chinese companies across chemical, bio-tech, and venture capital industries.
Prior to joining Simitri, Helen was an independent coach and trainer focusing on business development, strategy, financing and soft skills. She channels her experience and passion for people development and outcomes to optimize business and individual performance.
Helen spent several years as Vice President in LEBOX which is a top Chinese venture capital company, and she was responsible for financing and post-investment management. Earlier in her career, she was responsible for marketing project management covering Asia Pacific in Novozymes, the world leading bio-tech company from Denmark. Helen also worked various positions in TFL (German) and China Netcom in the beginning of her career.
Helen received her MBA degree from US Fordham University and China Peking University. She is also a certified strength coach by Gallup.
Helen can communicate fluently in English and Mandarin. She is based in Beijing now.
