Event Details

At the beginning of the twentieth century, Wuhan was known as the "Oriental Chicago" for its unique cityscape and geographical location. Nowadays, this vibrant city not only gathers the essence of diverse cultures, but also carries a rich historical heritage. It's known as "City of Heroes" and "River City", and has become an ideal place for City Walk.

AmCham China Central China Chapter sincerely invites you to participate in "Historical Highlights Walking Tour to Hankou" with us on Sunday morning of May 26, allowing you to immerse yourself in the rich historical and modern blend of this beautiful city.

This walking tour will be conducted in English and limited to 25 people. Our speaker Mr. Yang will take us to several former Hankou concessions: from Hankow Customs House Museum, Ba Gong House, Li Huangpi Street Museum to Song Qingling Hankou Residence Memorial Hall. We believe that this walking tour will bring you an unforgettable cultural experience and make you love this charming city even more!
