The CHRO Roundtable is one of AmCham China HR Committee's key strategies to provide an open peer-to-peer platform for senior HR professionals of MNCs operating in China, to exchange ideas and share best practices for benchmarking in critical HR topics. This time, our discussion will focus on talent management in the Post Covid Era.

The last few years have seen unprecedented disruptions in when, where, how, and even why we work.

As the global economy begins to show signs of uncertainty, how will organizations, and their TA functions grapple with unprecedented skills shortages, record inflation, and a 'world-of-work' that continues to be redefined in the Post Covid Era? Are organizations better off investing more in their internal talent? Or is the key to achieving their corporate success found in unlocking external talent? Can teams and companies maintain their identity and culture in a world where hybrid workplaces are the norm and how do companies migrate from work-life imbalance to work-life integration?

As we look to 2023, Korn Ferry talent acquisition experts from around the world offer their thoughts on what the coming year will bring to the job market, how changing market conditions will impact workforce planning, and what employers can do to evolve their strategy to attract— and retain—the best talent.

This Roundtable Session will kick off with Steven Song, Senior Client Partner, and Managing Director of Korn Ferry Beijing, with some interesting studies on talent management, followed by free discussion among HR leaders.
