Jun has over twenty years experiences in deal and M&A strategy, corporate strategy and transformation, growth strategy, market entry, target search, negotiation support, financial modelling, commercial due diligence and post deal integration in automotive sector covering OEMs, parts & component suppliers and other participants. In addition, he is also in charge of Autofacts in China, which is a PwC global research institute providing automotive industry projection and analysis.
