AmCham China is pleased to announce that we will be leading a Business and Investment Outreach (B.I.O.) trip delegation to Sichuan Province from June 8 to June 9, 2023, to better understand the local economy and policy development in Southwest China, with the aim to explore potential business and investment opportunities. Members are highly encouraged to sign up as early as possible, given that SPOTS ARE LIMITED.

Registrations will be granted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Although there is no strict seniority requirement, it is recommended that companies send at least one senior-level representative (e.g., VP or above), which will be helpful for scheduling senior official engagements.



Highlights of the trip:

• Meetings with Sichuan provincial and Chengdu municipal leaders to learn and exchange views on Sichuan's business environment;
• Site visits to some of the most attractive industrial parks and development zones in Sichuan.

Registration Deadline: 12 pm, May 31, Wednesday.

Fee Arrangement:

• Include: Meeting arrangements.
• Doesn't include: Transportation and accommodation fee. However, the Chamber will provide flight and hotel recommendations.

Important Notice:

• The trip itinerary is subject to change, based on local officials' availability, weather, and other factors.
• Each member company can register two people at most.
• Please note that payment should be made at least 5 working days on June 1 before the trip to secure your spot.
• No refund will be given for any cancellation notice made after 5 pm on Friday, June 2, 2023.
