I started my HR experience since 2008 in Viasystems Group after one year experience in Celerant, a global leading consulting company in operations excellence. It has been a journey of pursuit with passion to building a high performance organization. I worked as the Learning & Talent Manager for Luxottica China since 2010. In 2013, I joined Eldor, a global auto components leader, where I accumulated a lot of solid experience in organization culture building to drive sustainable performance excellence.
