Regarding the intellectual property challenges currently encountered by foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs) in their operations in China, we sincerely invite all member enterprises to provide feedback on the relevant circumstances. AmCham China is currently collecting this information, which will be consolidated and submitted to the relevant authorities. This initiative aims to help strengthen intellectual property protection and enhance the fairness of the market competition for foreign-invested enterprises.

This roundtable discussion will mainly focus on:

• Current IP challenges;
• Instances of insufficient legal protection;
• Instances of insufficient administrative measures and support;
• Communication strategies with stakeholders.
