AmCham China is excited to launch AmCham China Supply Chain Navigator Program 2025!
Founded in 2024, The AmCham China Supply Chain Navigator Program is an elite master series dedicated to build an ever-expanding group of young professionals and leaders capable of carrying US-China Supply Chain community forward. Our mission is to nurture professionals who are interested in Manufacturing & Supply Chain by encouraging them to closely engage with members and senior leaders of AmCham China community and leading companies across industries. The six-month program selects qualified China-based applicants of all nationalities working in different companies, industries, and with varying experience levels. The program is designed to acknowledge professionals with in-depth insights and strategic practices among manufacturing and supply chain industry, and to help candidates better succeed in China.
About the Program
The AmCham China Supply Chain Navigator Program is an exclusive, high-profile, six-month program. The program aims to prepare the future generation of manufacturing and supply chain leaders and professionals who are interested in exploring success strategies within the industry. In 2025, AmCham China intends to select 20 to 25 of the best-suited candidates to participate in the program.
Candidates of the Navigator Program will gain full exposure to the US-China business community, especially in manufacturing and supply chain. Each month there will be one 1.5-hour session covering topics such as operation excellence, industry 4.0 and digital transformation, localization partnership, future energy strategies, etc. Successful candidates will be awarded an "AmCham China Supply Chain Navigator Program" certificate of completion at the End of Program Dinner in July 2025.

Program Agenda
The program requires attendance of one 1.5-hour session (7PM to 8:30 PM on a selected weekday) per month starting in February and ending in July, 2025. Networking opportunities are incorporated through social dinners and activities. Program sessions are led by senior leaders and industry experts of the AmCham community, particularly within supply chain industries across sectors including manufacturing, food & beverages, consumer goods, ICT, pharmaceuticals, etc. Inviting speakers including experts from Boeing, Cummins, Mars, SAP, Nokia, Cargill, McDonald's, etc. Workshops and site visit tours will be happening once to twice a month together with some social events. Specific agenda and dates are to be determined and coordinated according to the schedules of speakers and cohorts. There will also be an End-of-Program Dinner in July to recognize cohorts' hard work and commitment to the Navigator Program, where the president of AmCham China will award each participant with a certificate.
