Event Details

Business operations require efficiency in terms of using as few resources as needed, and effectiveness in terms of meeting customer requirements. Standard operating procedure helps in maintaining quality and consistency of services and products, and it is a crucial element in operations management for most of the entities, regardless it is a large corporate or SME.

AmCham China Entrepreneur CEO Series (formally SME CEO Series) is an exclusive platform for small business leaders and entrepreneurs to share their knowledge and experience in an interactive and effective way, and establish connection and business cooperation with their counterparts. This time it will be a breakfast workshop with Richard Saul, Managing Director of JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton Hotel Beijing, to share best practices on hotel’s standardized operations and how SMEs can share the same spirit in their daily management.

Seats are limited for SME founders and CEOs only (approval required). Please RSVP and pay online in advance to reserve your spot. Light breakfast will be provided.
