Event Details

Over the past 5 years, the outbound investment from the mainland China into global real estate sector had experienced a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of about 63 per cent with turnover up to US$25 billion in 2015. The US has been one of the world's most attractive real estate investment hubs and received a total of US$4.8 billion of Chinese capital in 2015. JLL International Capital Markets experts will share their perspectives and insights on the global property market environment with a specific focus on the US property market and investment opportunities.

Outbound investments often lead to the expansion of a family or an enterprise. The cross-border tax implications herein are generally complicated and often critical in an investment decision, which makes it extremely important for the investors to understand the tax environment of relevant locations, and do a full-scale tax planning before making the investment. This time, the tax professionals from Deloitte will provide us with an in-depth analysis of the tax implications on real-estate investments by individuals and companies in the US.

The event language will be Chinese. Please register and pay online to reserve your seat with discounted price.
