Event Details

Facing an increasingly competitive economic environment, the mobility of employees as well as the availability and location of talent will become key success factors for companies in China. In addition, on May 1, 2016, the new Value Added Tax (VAT) was put into effect. With the expansion of the B2V reform to several sectors such as finance and insurance, real estate and construction, and lifestyle services, the former Business Tax has finally been replaced by VAT. By now, all industries under the Business Tax regime have moved to VAT, with potentially significant impacts on all VAT taxpayers.

Amcham China's Northeast China Chapter has invited experts from PwC to share the latest global mobility trends and explore solutions to some of the typical problems and challenges companies face, as well as sharing key points on the new B2V measures to help enterprises prepare for the impact.

This seminar will clarify the most critical points regarding the following matters:
• Global mobility trends, types and solutions
• China´s individual income tax planning and deployment arrangements
• Tax audit trends in China
• Latest VAT reform developments in China
• Opportunities and challenges for companies under the new B2V reform
