This course, for mid-level managers and professionals, aims to help them understanding the important links in their organizations. Attendees will learn how to exert great influence in pushing forward their initiatives, implementing projects and solving strategic problems.

  • Help participants grasp the skills in finding the key links in the process

Analyze the Obstacles
  • Analyze the obstacles that hinder the exertion of influence
  • Case analytical exercises
  • Put stress on helping participants grasp a systematic method of analyzing resistance

Exert Influence
  • The tactics of exerting influence from multiple angles

  • Methods of overall exertion of influence
