Millennials (80后) will lead China into its next phase of growth. Exposed to China’s post-1980s hypercapitalism, being the only child, and having received the best possible from their guardians, these Millennials have established a reputation for being uniquely different from the older generation, especially in their expectations and motivations.
Join us for a highly interactive 1-day workshop and learn how to build bridges across differences with the new generation. You will learn many “perceived” and “actual” challenges of different generations and will pick-up practical strategies for your daily management.
This workshop will also provide you the opportunity to practice the skills that will empower and inspire ‘Millennial’ team members. You will learn to coach and guide which is a critical management skill to tap the full potential of Millennials.
