
Jason is a senior training consultant with 16 years’ experience in international business administration and management. He has deep insight into the Chinese market and human resources, and has developed a series of courses based on advanced Western philosophy combined with Chinese characteristics. Since 2001, he has provided internal training and consultation to many world's top 500 multinational corporations and many state-owned enterprises. The number of his trainees has reached more than 10,000, and he has spent nearly 1,000 days in giving lectures. He once worked in AC Consulting and ICM, and later he became Marketing Capability Development Manager of Nestle China, and Learning and Capability Development Director of Cadbury China. His major clients include Nestle Group, Coca Cola, Schneider Electric, Siemens, ABB, among others.
