The U.S. tax landscape for individuals residing outside the U.S. continues to change rapidly, bringing up a number of important questions: What is the annual foreign earned income exclusion this year? What deductions are available? How can gifts be incorporated into your estate planning? What are the wealth transfer taxes? What options are available to taxpayers who want to become compliant in this era of information exchanges among governments?

We invite you to join Rebecca Yan Wang of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Fabiola M. Suwanto of Perkins Coie LLP for an informative discussion into tax planning, estate planning and tax compliance matters. They will share recent updates in tax laws that which will be helpful as you gear up for the tax season, and highlight the added focus on tax and information filing obligations and estate planning. Their remarks will be followed by a Q&A session. We hope that you can join this interactive presentation!
