
Cindy has extensive experience working for and advising some of the largest MNCs from North America, Europe and throughout Asia.
In addition, Cindy has expertise in a broad range of areas including: Talent & Organizational Development, Change Management, Cross Cultural Understanding, Performance Management, Strategy Development, HR Consulting, designing and facilitating Leadership Development programs and Executive Coaching.
While in Canada, Cindy spent 10 years working with Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo. In her leadership capacity as Director, Human Resources she had responsibility, not only for all areas of Human Resources, but also for providing vital interface support for the Sales, Manufacturing and Supply & Distribution groups. At Frito-Lay, and as a repeated National Vendor Account Award holder, she expanded her cross-functional skills base as Senior Key Account Manager and was responsible for a multi-million dollar portfolio.
Cindy later joined TELUS Mobility, one of Canada’s largest wireless carriers. Cindy took on the role of National Account Manager where she was responsible for the portfolio of the company’s two largest clients along with national responsibility for the Sales and Marketing strategy.
Cindy has been living in China for over 10 years. She has a BComm from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada where she majored in Marketing and Human Resources. Cindy is also a graduate of the Rutgers International EMBA programme with a concentration in Finance and Strategy.
Cindy is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Step I & II, the LEA 360™, the Hogan Assessment Instrument for Applications and Interpretation of the Hogan Personality Inventory: Hogan Development Survey: Motives, Values and Preference Inventory.
Cindy is also an ACC credentialed Executive Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
