This event aims to promote sustainable development in global supply chain management, elevate corporate supply chain practices, and share cutting-edge insights across industries.


The seminar will gather representatives from Fortune 500 companies in key industries such as advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and agriculture to discuss supply chain operations, international and domestic supply chain integration, technological innovation and solutions.


Additionally, this event will mark the official launch of the 2025 AmCham China Supply Chain Navigator Program.

  • Michael Hart (President at AmCham China)

    Michael Hart

    President at AmCham China

    Michael Hart is President of the American Chamber of Commerce in China based in Beijing. He has over twenty-five years of business experience in Asia, including nineteen years in mainland China.

    As President, Michael oversees all advocacy, programs, partnerships, and insights provided by the Chamber to support the business growth of nearly 900 foreign corporations operating in China, including most of the U.S. Fortune 500. The chamber’s advocacy includes the impressive American Business in China White Paper and Business Climate Survey each published annually as well as numerous interactions with both the US and Chinese governments on behalf of our members.

    Prior to joining AmCham China, Michael spent most of his career in commercial real estate in Taipei, Shanghai and Tianjin including almost 20 years for a NYSE listed property services firm. He started in the research division briefing real estate owners, occupiers and investors on transactions and macro trends, he then opened, built, and led a branch office for the company in one of China’s largest Tier 1.5 cities for over a decade. Following this, Michael opened a private consulting and investment firm that among other projects invested in quick service restaurants.

    In addition to this work, Michael was a long-term AmCham member and served on the Tianjin chapter’s Executive Committee for nearly 15 years including several terms as the local Chairman.

    Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance and banking from the University of Missouri-Columbia in the U.S. He is a fluent speaker of mandarin Chinese. Michael was born and raised near Kansas City, Missouri.

    Claire Ma

    Vice President at AmCham China

    Claire Ma joined AmCham China in September 2021 and is currently the Vice President. She leads the Member Services and Government Affairs & Policy teams and oversees the Chamber’s Cooperation Programs and Signature Events.

    Before joining AmCham China, Claire worked in the Chinese Government and in
    multinational companies in the education and information communication industries. She
    led teams in strategic planning, marketing, sales and government relations. She holds a
    Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Peking University and a Master’s degree in
    Business Administration from Yale University.

    Anna E is the Director for Public Affairs of Mars China. She plays a key role in Mars’ efforts to build and grow strategic partnerships with key public stakeholders at both central and local levels, conduct policy advocacy in key categories Mars operates in, formulate public policy strategies, and protect and promote Mars’ corporate reputation.

    Anna joined Mars in 2004 as a General Management Trainee. She has worked across different aspects of the business before taking up the Public Affairs role.

  • Steven Lin (Senior Manager at Boeing)

    Steven Lin

    Senior Manager at Boeing

    Steven Lin currently serves as a senior manager in Boeing’s Supply Chain Asia organization, leading multiple teams in China and Southeast Asia. His primary responsibility is overseeing the delivery performance of Boeing suppliers in the region.

    Steven began his career at Boeing in 2012, working as a Quality Engineering intern in Everett before starting full time as a Manufacturing Engineer, during which he led multiple demonstrator programs for future products. In 2019, Steven took on the role as the manager for Boeing’s Manufacturing Innovation Center (MIC) in Beijing, China. The MIC provides technical training and production support to Boeing’s suppliers in China.

    Steven obtained his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and Stanford University, respectively. He also has an MBA from the University of Washington.

    Zeng Xiao Dong has over 17 years of Information & Digitalization industry experience. During his 12 years SAP experiences, Mr Zeng is currently the Chief Revenue Officer for SAP Greater China digital supply chain business. before it, he focused on SAP industry service businesses and top customers supply chain & ERP digitalization projects. In between, Tony served as Vice President at a leading local SaaS company for four years. In that role, he was responsible for business growth, customer success, and product development.
