This September marks the 47th "National Quality Month ". We cordially invite you to participate in our quality-themed event on September 10th, echoing the theme of this month. Throughout a full-day event filled with insightful talks by industry experts, behind-the-scenes factory tours, and skill-enhancing training, you will have the opportunity to learn about the latest concepts, real-world experiences, and future trends in Total Quality Management (TQM).

At this Breakfast Briefing, Charles Zhang, expert of International Association for Excellence in Operations, and trainer of Suzhou Quality Association will introduce how intelligent manufacturing empowers TQM. Meantime, David Qu, Vice President of ZRP Printing and Packaging Group will also share his insights on TQM from the point of view of practices, David established a comprehensive quality system during his tenure at P & G in China.


To better promote the crucial role of "quality" within our member enterprises and to stimulate their internal drive and innovation vitality, we have specially invited the Tianjin Administration for Market Regulation to share their quality management experience and policy guidance with our members.

    David Qu

    Vice President of ZRP Printing and Packaging Group, GM of Tianjin ZRP Printing Technology

    David possesses years of management experience in large multinational corporations. During his 13-year tenure at P&G since 1996, he established a comprehensive quality system for the promotion of P&G's supply chain in China and, as the global head of quality systems at the US headquarters, led the implementation of the new quality system. Returning to China, he spearheaded the rapid expansion of production capacity and the establishment of an integrated system at PCC's Tianjin plant.

    After joining Fiberweb, a wholly-owned UK company (later acquired by Brazil's Evora and renamed Fitesa) in 2009, David served as the General Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, achieving substantial returns on the Group's investments in China. During this period, he focused on building and managing the global supply chain, driving lean production, and establishing a sustainable quality improvement system.

    Since August 2022, David has been serving as the Vice President of Quality at ZRP Group and the General Manager of its Northern Region and Tianjin ZRP Printing Technology, where he continues to advance business strategies in the Northern Region and leads various factories within the ZRP Group in implementing a continuous quality improvement policy.
