The program is open to students over 15 years old and their parents, with simultaneous subtitle translation provided during the sharing sessions.
Join AmCham China, Tianjin's Summer Youth Navigation Forum on August 15, which aims to deeply focus on and accurately connect the core demands of the young generation in the path selection of higher education and career planning. The event brings together senior experts from all walks of life, business elite leaders, and multinational executives. They will bring participants cutting-edge industry insights, career planning strategies, and analysis of higher education trends through a series of professional and informative sharing sessions.
In addition, the project also includes a field visit to a multinational company, allowing attendees to:
- Experience the charm of an international working environment first-hand
- Observe the business operation model up close
- Broaden their horizon
- Enhance their understanding and cognition of the future workplace ecosystem
Through this full-day immersive experience and exchange, the project aims to build a solid bridge for young people from the academic world to the workplace, helping them to clarify their direction on the path of higher education and set sail steadily in their future careers.

- How AI Empowering Studying? Discussing how students should cultivate critical thinking, innovation, and self-directed learning amidst the rapid development of AI technology, turning AI into a learning ally rather than a hindrance.

Sharing Session II - Future Careers Exploration
- Career Planning: Practical career planning advice from seasoned industry leaders to help adolescents confidently embark on their careers.
- Leadership Development: Listening to the sharing of the Chair of AmCham China, Tianjin to tap into one's own leadership potential.
Multinational Company Visit
An exclusive visit to the AIoT Application Innovation Center of NXP Tianjin will be arranged after lunch, where participants can get up close with cutting-edge technology products and solutions, experiencing the thrill of technological innovation firsthand.

- This event is limited to a maximum of 30 people, and only opens to adults and teenagers over 15 years old.
- Teenagers who participate in the full process of the activities will receive a Program Completion Certificate issued by AmCham China.

Financial Management experience with The Boeing Company. Marcus joined BTC in July 2016. He is currently the Director of Customer Support and New Programs. Prior to joining BTC, Marcus was the Senior Manager in BCA Supplier Management responsible for Supply Chain Architecture and Integration on the 777X Program and prior to that on the KC-46 Tanker Program. Prior to joining the KC-46 Tanker Program Marcus spent six years on the 787 Program as the Senior Manager responsible for the implementation of Program Planning, Integrated Scheduling, Earned Value Management and Baseline Management. Prior to his position on the 787 Program he was Manager, Boeing Defense Systems (BDS) Integrated Scheduling Home Office, St. Louis, MO, where he was responsible for the development of integrated scheduling processes, training and the advancement and coordination of integrated scheduling skills development across BDS. Marcus has a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida and a MBA Degree from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in
St. Louis, MO. He held a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) issued by the Project Management Institute and from 2000 to 2012 he was an Adjunct Professor at Keller Graduate School of Management teaching classes in Project Management, Risk and Quality Management, Contracts and Earned Value Management.
