AmCham MAP工作组长期关注业界主流的传播实践,并以此为基础,积极向前探索传播专业的可能性与贡献力。6月21日,中国美国商会邀请爱德曼中国区高级副总裁、《国际公关》专栏作者仲佳伟、博然思维合伙人梁启春,微软运营、传播及公共事务副总裁商容女士,围绕对内沟通中涉及的员工价值观冲突、敏感事件管理、ESG沟通策略等议题,展开讨论,期待为各位会员带来更多启发。

China's economy is stabilizing gradually, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement have become common practices among enterprises. Companies make strategic and organizational adjustments more frequently, which directly affects employees' engagement, satisfaction, and confidence. Additionally, due to changes in media forms and workplace generational dynamics, employees pay more attention to corporate actions and culture related to values issues and are more likely to express themselves publicly on social media. This brings more resistance to the ongoing corporate changes. In this context, how companies conduct high-quality internal communication to enhance sustainable development has become crucial. By establishing effective communication strategies and improving ESG performance, companies can build their reputation and trustworthiness while attracting more investors and consumers.


The AmCham MAP working group focuses on communication practices and actively explores the potential and contribution of communication professionalism. On June 21, AmCham China invited Edelman's Senior Vice President, "International Public Relations" Columnist, Zhong Jiawei, Brunswick Partner QC Liang, and Microsoft Vice President of Operations, Communication, and Public Affairs, Shang Rong, to discuss topics such as employee value conflicts in internal communication, sensitive event management, and ESG communication strategies. We hope to bring more inspiration to our members through this discussion.
