With the rapid development of information technology, data has become an important driver of global economic and trade activities. For enterprises, data is both an asset and responsibility, more importantly, its security, compliance and effective utilization are directly related to the operation and development of the enterprise.
The China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone recently issued the "China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone Cross-border Data Classification and Grading Standard" (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard"), which provides clear policies to guide and standardize the classification and grading of enterprise data.
To help enterprises grasp the key points of the "Standards" policies as soon as possible, promote enterprises' data classification and applications, and facilitate the safe management and effective use of enterprise data, AmCham China, Tianjin will invite experts from Tianjin Municipal Commerce Bureau and the Free Trade Zone Administrative Commission to provide policy interpretation and practical guidance on March 28,2024,2:30 - 5:00 PM.
