The American Chamber of Commerce in China (AmCham China) and the China International Youth Exchange Center (CIYEC) will jointly host a seminar themed US-China Enterprises on Green Development Cooperation on Friday, January 19. It will be an interactive discussion on corporate pioneering practices and latest Chinese government policies on green development. AmCham China will invite government stakeholders from National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), experts from Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC) and China Institute of International Studies (CIIS), industry leaders from Chinese companies and other key stakeholders to attend the seminar and contribute to the discussion.
In this seminar, we will discuss:
- Latest Chinese policies on green transition and sustainable development
- Best practices of green development from our member companies
- Business-business sustainable cooperation
