天津大学教育学院教授，博士生导师，国家职业教育产教融合智库主任。现任高等学校中等职业学校教师培养教学指导委员会委员，中国职业技术教育学会质量保障与评估研究专业委员会副主任、产教科专业委员会专家委员会副主任，国家双高计划专委会委员。教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目首席专家，主持国家级、省部级课题20余项，在《教育研究》等核心期刊及权威媒体发表论文百余篇，出版或参编专著11部，获全国教育科学研究优秀成果奖、省部级成果奖5项，获国家级职业教育教学成果奖一等奖。

With more than 20 years of Human Resources & Management experience, Ms. Ivy LIU has served several well-known multinationals in various industries such as aerospace, finance and insurance, media and public relations, health care, etc. She has worked for Honeywell, Sony Pictures, AIG, Hill & Knowlton, Alcon, etc. She has held senior management positions as the head of human resources in Greater China, and as a member of the global human resources management team, she has been deeply involved in HR strategy and management at the group headquarters level.

Ivy presently serves CanSinoBIO. As one of the key drivers of organizational management and
commercialization and international transformation, Ivy works with the company's management team, represented by the CEO, to implement the overall strategic planning of organizational management and human resources, to promote corporate culture, to support business development and major changes, and to build CanSinoBIO into a first-class international vaccine leader. She leads her team devoting to deliver professional HR service and support to leadership team and all associates in respect of HR Strategy & Planning, Talent Management & Organization Development, Compensation & Benefit, Communication & employee Relationship, serving as a key partner to the business unit.

Ivy was the Winner of the CCH Award for “HR Director of the Year” in 2007 (10th year of CCH HR
professional Award covering Greater China).
