Recently, a series of stimulus policies on residential have been released. However, real estate is not only residential, but also industrial, commercial and logistics versions.


AmCham China, Tianjin Real Estate Committee would like to invite you to join 2023 Tianjin Property Market Update on September 21. Mr.William Gao, Head of Logistics and Industrial, North China at Jones Lang LaSalle and an academic expert will share the annual update of the Tianjin property market including commercial property, office & logistics market review, and the impact of carbon neutrality on the property market.


We will also take this chance to give a briefing on Tianjin Urban Regeneration Action Plan which was released recently and find out how it may affect our work and life.


About Tianjin Real Estate Committee


The primary purpose of the Real Estate Committee is to increase industry knowledge and promote information sharing. It is important to keep our member companies up to date on what is happening in the sector and how it impacts a wide range of companies and industries. The committee achieves this through an annual property briefing to our members, project visits, briefings by industry speakers and walking tours.

    Head of Logistics & Industrial, North China at Jones Lang LaSalle

    William is the department head of Logistics & Industrial service of North China, and head of Office Leasing Advisor service of Tianjin. He has over 15 years’ experience in real estate industry, especially in logistics and manufacturing property sector.
    In the past 12 years, he helped many global companies to establish new plants, logistics centers and R&D centers in North China, including some large industrial projects of Tianjin, for example BP Nangang Plant, VW Distribution Center and Hilding Andres TEDA Plant. He has also worked with some US companies including Walmart, Alexandria and NCR.
    Before worked for JLL in Tianjin, William has also worked in Shanghai and Singapore.
