Head of Logistics & Industrial, North China at Jones Lang LaSalle
William is the department head of Logistics & Industrial service of North China, and head of Office Leasing Advisor service of Tianjin. He has over 15 years’ experience in real estate industry, especially in logistics and manufacturing property sector. In the past 12 years, he helped many global companies to establish new plants, logistics centers and R&D centers in North China, including some large industrial projects of Tianjin, for example BP Nangang Plant, VW Distribution Center and Hilding Andres TEDA Plant. He has also worked with some US companies including Walmart, Alexandria and NCR. Before worked for JLL in Tianjin, William has also worked in Shanghai and Singapore.
