Meet the speakers:
Dylan He is a seasoned Finance & Accounting consultant of RGP. Dylan is a strategic and hands-on executive in accounting and financial management, leading finance team with 150+ headcount nationwide and 150+ due diligence projects. Prior to joining RGP, Dylan was the Vice President and Head of Finance in Golden Jaguar Group. Before that, Dylan served as Associate Director in Ernst & Young Shanghai where he specialized in transaction advisory services.
Maria Wu is an experienced Human Capital consultant of RGP. Maria has extensive working experience in managing large-scale business transformation programs, and strong expertise in organization transactions, due diligence, Post-M&A integration project management and stakeholder management. Prior to joining RGP, Maria was an Associate Director in PwC China's consulting practice, where she provided human capital-based organizational restructuring solutions to Fortune 500 companies in Asia Pacific.
Tony Liu is a Partner of Dacheng Law Offices. Tony has extensive experience in general corporate areas, including private equity and venture capital investments, merger and acquisition, foreign direct investment. Tony has represented many international clients in their investment projects in China. He has also represented clients in numerous US and HK IPOs and A-share deals. Prior to joining Dacheng Law Offices, Tony was a legal director of New Horizon Capital.
Vivian Wang is the Senior Manager of RGP. Vivian has extensive experience in management consulting. Prior to joining RGP, Vivian worked at KPMG as a manager where she spent nine years working in China and Australia, leading and delivering various business strategy, information risk management, finance & accounting compliance and advisory projects for clients, including multinational company and state-owned enterprises. Vivian has led numerous projects (USD 1-3 million) across China and has conducted a number of market entry projects in China also.
