Due to the Pandemic, most Foreign Invested Enterprises (FIEs) faced a huge challenge in China for their business between 2021 and 2022. Tax compliance is one of the most concerned issues for both local or foreign invested enterprises in China. Since 2021 tax collection policy has turned to be more strengthened, for which a series tax rules were implemented by State Tax Authority (STA), in consequence of that the tax compliance duty of the enterprises will be increasing progressively. Based on the strengthen tax collection background, the lecture here will discuss the ways for FIEs to get chance from the challenge in terms of the 2 following issues: fist of all, what tax-related legal risks are usual for USIE in China's business; secondly, how to deal with the tax-related legal risks.
