Protecting the environment is a basic national policy of China. The 12th Five Year Plan aims to facilitate the scientific development of environmental protection and to accelerate the development of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
Over the past three decades, a breadth of abatement technologies that control harmful and regulated Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), process odors, and Nitrous Oxides (NOX) have been developed.
