Overview
In the practical simulation session, the trainees play the role of the newly appointed team leader in the simulated situation. Faced with serious challenges from the previous takeover of a generally demoralized team of 10 people, the board gave high hopes…
In the simulation, the leadership style and behavior are adjusted, and the management behaviors such as recruitment, transfer, evaluation, layoff, motivation, promotion, and communication feedback are combined:
· Improve team skills and morale
· Achieve and exceed performance targets
Course features
This course emphasizes practice and application, especially in the form of online practical simulation, through which students can better apply what they have learned, and after the simulation, students will share their experiences and be interpreted by the instructor. The training also covers practical case discussions and action projects; Through this course, improve the leadership and management skills of team leaders and ensure that they benefit from future practices. Reports based on operational behavior are automatically generated after the simulation is complete.
