Lynn has accumulated more than 16 years HR experience in MNCs, e.g. KPMG, WesTrac, BASF, Cummins, DSM, etc. and gained rich knowledge and skills in various HR functions like talent acquisition, employee relationship, performance management, organization development, etc. by playing the roles as HR consultant, HR generalist and HRBP.
