Esther Baldwin is the Director of Innovation in Intel Semiconductors, Dalian. She will explore the usages and needs of 3D printing in manufacturing operations.

About the speakers: Onno Ponfoort is a senior managing consultant at Berenschot, From 2005 he is involved in 3D printing, always looking at the business side of making use of this new technology. Mr. Ponfoort is co-author of the Dutch publication of Philip Kotlers Marketing Management (Pearson Education) and has many publications on strategy, marketing and business development with 3D printing. As a trend watcher, he initiated and still manages the Berenschot marketing trends research (yearly research, started in 2004).
Esther Baldwin is the Director of Innovation for Intel Semiconductor Dalian. Prior to coming to Dalian she worked in Intel Labs as the technical assistant to the Vice President of Research and Director of Future Technologies. She was a member of the leadership team that built 12+ global Innovation Centers which won the highest IT award in Intel and Co-authored "Managing IT Innovation for Business Value" (Intel Press). Esther has worked at Intel for over 25 years which includes two previous assignments to China and is an Eisenhower Exchange Fellow.
