She holds a Master of Finance from the Graduate School of the People's Bank of China and has worked in PwC offices around the world, including Shanghai and New York. Xing is extensively involved as an industry expert in the development and instruction of financial provisions and internal control guidelines issued by regulators, as well as audit, consulting, financial reporting, and process improvement services.
