With the release of AmCham China's 2014 Business Climate Survey, we see that HR related issues have become the primary challenge for most foreign companies investing in China. In order to increase their competitiveness, many have begun debating the advantages of advanced degrees or even studying abroad for an undergraduate degree. To continue with this theme, the Education Forum of AmCham China would like to invite you to join us for a panel and interactive discussion on trends in education and how it impacts talent trends and practices in the Chinese and global markets.

Our panelists will be offering their views and information to shed light on these trends.
•Kate Wang from MyCos, will be offering data and reviews of university graduate profiles from their nationwide database.
•AJ Warner, from Touchdown, will be reviewing the challenges facing new graduates from US universities finding jobs when returning to China
•Nimo Firooz, from Careers International, will share some current programs and practices in China/Asia/Global.
•Kitty Vorisek, of DHR International will show the skills requested by employers today and expectations of job candidates.

The topics will include:
-Growth professions of the future and values placed on degrees and experience
-Issues affecting recruitment of recent overseas graduates
-New practices or programs from companies to attract talent for growing global organizations
-Programs companies have to reach highly educated individuals domestically and globally
