A Discussion on IP in Standards and Competition Law - CLE Credit Available*
AmCham China and USITO invite you to join a lively discussion on the latest developments in China's patent environment and the relationship between intellectual property and other regulatory systems. We will host four separate companies to discuss the role that Standard Essential Patents and Competition Law have on industry. The event will first hold a panel on industry's view of IP standards and the recent jointly promulgated "Regulatory Measures on National Standards Involving Patents" by the Standardization Administration of China (SAC) and the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), followed by a discussion of the role of IP in the Anti-Monopoly Law, and the undergoing Guidelines for IP Abuse by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC).
