Join AmCham China for a lunchtime presentation in the final installment of the Managing Fraud Series.

Kent D. Kedl, managing director, Greater China & North Asia, Control Risks in Greater China, will discuss the challenges of separating the perception of what fraud is and how it affects business with the reality of what companies face when trying to manage fraud and corruption within their ranks.

Prior to joining Control Risks in Greater China, he was general manager and co-owner of Technomic Asia, a boutique strategy consulting firm based in Shanghai providing M&A advisory, deal structuring and negotiations, market research and strategy planning. His work included target selection, investigations of companies prior to a deal (acquisitions, JVs, licensing, franchising, etc.) and deal negotiations.
