The two parts in this workshop will provide you with practical insights and techniques that will raise your confidence and performance in the cross-cultural situations you encounter.

Serie #1: Applying A Winning Approach To The Cross-Cultural Situations You Face


Time: November 2nd, 14:00-16:30


To improve your ability to perform in cross-cultural business situations, you can further develop your language skills and cultural understanding. Of course, this will help. However, those who are most successful at working with people with different perspectives and ways of doing things rely more on key qualities and a solid approach that allow you to deliver your value and communicate effectively.


This workshop will raise your basic cultural awareness and improve your approach to interacting with others in international business situations.Through revealing insights and effective techniques, participants will learn how to:


  • Bring the right mindset and approach to the international business situations you face
  • Focus on and apply 3 key qualities that matter most in multicultural situations
  • Simplify your communication to speak more confidently and effectively with foreigners

Serie #2: Overcoming Common Cross-Cultural Differences And Challenges


Time: November 4th, 14:00-16:30


When in cross-cultural business situations, the people you work with are going to have different perspectives and habits. Misunderstandings and disagreements will happen. As such, your ability to understand and influence others, build trust, and resolve issues are essential for your success in these situations. Ultimately, it's not about the Chinese way or western way. It's whether it's the most effective way.
