The guest speaker for this month will be Maggie Chen, director of sales and marketing at the new Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin. Chen started her hotel career with the Shangri-La Hotel Management Company. After six years with Shangri-La, she worked in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Beijing with Starwood, The Regent and The Ritz-Carlton.
